Dear Friends

It is with deep sadness that we let you know about 15-year-old Liza, who passed away in Gomel last week. Liza was part of our Gomel Hospice Programme and was admitted to ICU in Gomel Hospital on 31 December with bronchopneumonia, her condition quickly deteriorated and she slipped into a coma before she passed away.

Throughout her illness Liza was supported by the CCI hospice team and her loving mother and grandmother. They are in our thoughts at this sad time.

Thank you for helping to give Liza dignity in her death through our Hospice Programme.

Liza will find peace with all of our other little angels.

May she rest in peace.
